A hybrid event is the best of two worlds in one. On one side, you have the speakers in a room with a live audience — offline. On the other, you have the participants (and speakers) following your entire company event via livestream — online.

Participants watching from a distance need never feel left out — there are plenty of ways to take an active part. From asking questions and sharing comments instantly via lightning-fast chat functions, to dialling in live to contribute to the discussion from wherever they are.
