Livestream events and Zoom
A&O had already organised several larger livestream events, but the technical quality and smaller online sessions needed improvement. Valo was asked to refresh the organisation’s online communication strategy.
Together with A&O, Valo chose a series of livestream events in webinar form, supported by professional video content. For smaller online meetings, Valo set up a series of professional Zoom sessions.
Studio livestream and e-learning
Valo built a mobile studio full of professional equipment at A&O’s location. Employees of water authorities across the Netherlands followed lectures and could ask questions through chat.
The larger livestream events helped A&O share new knowledge and up-to-date information through e-learning, such as training on ergonomic working.
Result
The varied webinars proved more accessible and visually attractive than traditional offline meetings. After training, A&O employees could quickly produce and share quality content independently.
