The ministry was running an online recruitment campaign for labour-market fraud inspectors and needed a livestream partner to support the campaign.
Because the ministry needed to recruit quickly, it chose an online event to reach a large audience in a short period of time.
Applying during the Facebook livestream
Together with the ministry, Valo chose a Facebook Live event that could also be reached easily through other social channels such as LinkedIn.
During the broadcast, viewers could click through to the SZW website and apply as candidates immediately. Specialists explained the role and started a content-driven conversation from a mobile studio built by Valo on location.
Result
Before the live event had even ended, enough candidates had registered to fill all open vacancies. The low threshold, direct interaction and simple application flow made the livestream a clear recruitment success.
